Vorgehen

Ggf. gute Gelegenheit Doppeltemperaturgeber, Thermostat und Kühlwasserrohr zu tauschen.

  • OT: Nockenwellen absteckbar, unten abgeschrägter Zahn KW Zahnrad auf Markierung 4V, Arretierwerkzeug muss bei gespanntem Koppelriemen locker einsetzbar sein, verklemmt bei Riemenentspannung/Spannrollendemontage.
  • Auflegereihenfolge Hauptriemen: WaPu, Spannrolle, Kurbelwelle, Einlassnockenwelle
  • Spannrolle Koppelriemen: Zeiger auf Mitte des Einstellbereiches, Nase an Bügel in Vertiefung an Zylinderkopf
  • Spannrolle Hauptriemen: Zeiger auf Kerbe, Gabel umgreift Schraubenkopf an Ölpumpe
