Hierdurch bildet sich im Saugrohr wie auch im Brennraum ein Unterdruck, der den Motor schneller und sanfter zum Stehen bringt.<br /> * Der Motor für Saugrohrklappe (V157) unterstützt die [[Abgasrückführung]] indem die Saugrohrklappe teilweise geschlossen wird. Da er direkt vor dem [[Abgasrückführungsventil]] angebracht ist, entsteht dabei ein Unterdruck direkt hinter der Saugrohrklappe.
