Nach einer Getriebegrundeinstellung läuft es erst mal einwandfrei. Nun habe ich habe den Stromwert des N255 wie beschrieben ausgelesen. Der höchste Wert lag bei 0,846A. Allerdings ist der obere Wert sehr volatil und wird nur ab und an von den normalen Schwankungen aus erreicht. Dann wurde der N255 ausgebaut und zuerst mal gereinigt. Um N255 betätigen zu können habe ich erst mal dessen Widerstand gemessen. Die Spule hat 5 Ω, was bedeutet, dass dieser kleiner 5 Volt angesteuert wird, da 5 Volt bereits eine Stromaufnahme von 1 Ampere bedeuten würde. Ich habe also 5 Volt Gleichspannung drauf gegeben, um den N255 zu takten, während dieser in Reinigungsflüssigkeit steckt. Außer einem leichten Schleier kam kein Dreck zum Vorschein. Der Schleier ist eigentlich den Ölresten zu zu schreiben. Ich habe letztlich keinen Dreck gesehen. Es macht mich stutzig, dass die Bewegung aus der Stromlos-Stellung leicht verzögert einsetzt. Dann wurde die Einstellschraube um 1/8 Umdrehung nach links gedreht, mit dem Wunsch, den Strom damit auf einen 0,025 Ampere kleineren Wert von etwa 0,82 Ampere ein zu stellen. Die Ursprüngliche Stellung der Einstellschraube wurde am Korpus der Spule im Vorfeld markiert. Das Auto wurde allerdings noch nicht bewegt. Erst nach ein paar Tagen habe ich mich wieder dem Auto zugewandt.
